Oi Spaghetti & Tiramasu – Peckham

Oi Spaghetti & Tiramasu is situated bang in the hear of the Bussey Building complex over in Peckham. One of our favourite areas in London (and one of our fave Bring Your Own’s) this area is always lively during the summer months and what better way to enjoy the London sun than with a fat bowl of pasta, sides & some vino and/or beer.  Outdoor dining in the Bussey Building courtyard is glorious on a lovely day. If you’re headed South and like something fishy we recommend you try out “The Red One”. Perfectly cooked spaghetti in a tomato sauce with anchovy fillets & black olives.

  • Corkage is £4 for wine & £1.50 for beer

Poppy’s Thai Restaurant 2 – Fulham

Poppy’s 2 (located in Fulham) is the bigger and better sister restaurant of Poppy’s in Hammersmith. “Quirky-Grandma’s house” is the only way the style of Poppy’s can be described. Indoor you’ll find stuffed animals, loud fireplaces & about 8 ornaments per customer. Outside there’s decking and bistro tables – ideal for those hot summer days and evenings when you want to kick back with your mates and enjoy some delicious Thai food.

  • Corkage is just £1pp and we recommend booking ahead if you’re a group to avoid disappointment

Counter Culture – Clapham Common

Yadas – Peckham

Yadas is one of the coolest BYOB spots in South London. You will find it under the railway arches – just around the corner from Peckham Rye station. This place really comes to life on summer evenings with fairy lights draped across the outside – it’s ideal for a summer evening meal & catch-up with mates.

Tagine – Balham

Tagine is a Moroccan restaurant located in Balham. Outside it has 4 tables, ideal for those warmer summer days and evenings when you’re looking for a restaurant with some outdoor space/seating. This place specialises in tagines and mixed grills. Main courses start at about £15 each and come with couscous or potatoes. Fez Mangal – Notting Hill

So, disclaimer, this place only has 2 tables outside – which will seat 8 in total, however if you can nab a seat we highly recommend it. We e recommend you try the mixed meze for 2 (£6.50) which consists of bread and tasty dips of hummus, tabule, babaganoush and cacik to begin with. However you really come here for the mixed meat grills.
